Hi All,

Rudy wants to know if you'll join him in being a Secret Santa
to a Boxer in need this year.
The holiday season is when the dogs need Adopt a Boxer Rescue
the most. Our volunteers are there for dogs like
Estelle, whose ex-people dumped her at the shelter for
being 15 -- no doubt planning to replace her with a puppy.
AABR got Estelle out of the shelter and in to a loving foster
home.
Whichever holiday you and your family celebrate, please help a
dog in need this year with a gift of any amount in the spirit
of the season. You can help another dog enjoy the comfort of a
warm bed, full belly, and loving family. If you write and
insert the dog's name in the memo line, we'll acknowledge your
gift on his or her web page.
Donating to AABR can help save a life.
You also can help the Boxers by shopping with AABR for gifts
for the special humans in your life. A portion of proceeds
from the following gifts will go to the dogs:
Snaggle Tooth Collection wines,
Chocolate Boxers,
Primal Elements Soap,
2012 Adopt a Boxer Rescue Calendars,
Clays for Strays figurines, T-shirts from
CafePress or
LaCroix,
Paw Print Pendants, or books
Speaking for Spot and
Secrets of a Working Dog. (Be sure to select Adopt a Boxer
Rescue when asked which rescue you want to support.) You also
can support AABR by shopping through
iGive.com, which makes a donation for every purchase from
iGive member stores.
Thanks to the dedicated and generous Adopt a Boxer Rescue
community, in 2011 we have matched more than 300 dogs with
loving families of their own. Nearly 80 dogs are safe with
AABR but still need forever homes.
We still need foster homes for about a dozen dogs. If you are
home for the holidays, please consider fostering a dog
temporarily, saving a life -the best gift of all.
On behalf of all of the Boxers and volunteers at Adopt a Boxer
Rescue, Rudy wishes you a safe and joyful holiday season and a
peaceful and prosperous New Year.
P.S. Another way to help the Boxers this season is by
purchasing
AABR Holiday Cards - a great ways to spread the holiday
cheer.
