Chance is being returned to rescue to find a home that is a better match for him. He is looking for a quiet home and an adopter who can continue to work on Chance’s manners and his socialization. Because he jumps often, a home with older children would be best. Chance also needs a tall, secure fence. He can be reactive on leash and when new people come into his yard. Chance is very sweet and loving with his family. He is especially close to the male adult in his home. Chance does not like the crate, but does fine in a room when left alone. He gets along well with the female boxer. If you can provide the right environment for Chance, apply today to give him a forever home. He had been through a lot, and is looking for consistency and training in his new home.

Chance is a 3 yr old boy who came to rescue when his owner passed away in a motorcycle accident. He previously lived with other dogs and young children. Chance is reported to be housebroken and was used to being left alone during the day with access to a dog door. Chance was very scared when he first arrived in rescue due to all the new changes in his life. He is coming out of his shell more with each day. Chance loves to cuddle and really enjoys playing with his toys. He would enjoy a fenced yard in his new home to run and play.
