Criss is settling in seamlessly with his foster mom. After his attack by the pack of stray dogs in Texas, we feel he would do best as an only dog in the home. Criss has been uneasy around female dogs he has been introduced with, and we don’t want to push him into any uncomfortable situations. Criss walks like a dream on leash and can pass multiple dogs with ease. He is quiet, gentle, and unassuming in the home. Criss is working on some much needed self-confidence in his foster home as sometimes loud noises scare him. This young man loves to hug, give kisses, and snuggle. He will be a loyal best friend.
Please meet Criss! He is our newest intake from South Texas. Criss was found roaming the streets injured after getting attacked by a pack of stray dogs. A good rescuer took him into her home until his wounds were healed and he was strong enough to be transported to AABR. Criss is a loving young man who enjoys meeting new friends, both human and dogs alike. He isn’t stingy with the hugs or kisses. Criss was fostered with multiple other dogs and children ages 9 and up. His body shows many scars from his hard ride as a stray. His heart is full and Criss lives in the present. He is happy, playful, loving, and adorable.
