Emma has recently returned from a road trip with her foster family, where she enjoyed 5 star hotels, room service, and scenic views. Emma is friendly with male dogs and great with children 7 years of age and older. She loves being social and meeting new people.
Great news – Emma is cancer free! She did wonderfully with her treatments and has been cleared for adoption. Emma is great with both small and large dogs. She deserves the best life ever!
Emma has received two chemo treatments and she is doing great. She is the sweetest, funniest girl. Emma loves everyone she meets. She is very social and just wants to play and give love. Emma will definitely need a fur-brother in her home who wants to play. She is currently on medical hold. We hope Emma will continue to do well. She will be available when her treatments are completed. We are thankful to everyone who has donated towards Emma’s medical care.
Emma was thrown out of an Amish puppy mill after she was showing discomfort birthing her puppies. Upon her arrival here with us at rescue, it was evident that she needed immediate medical attention. One of her mammaries was severely deformed, extremely swollen, and rock hard. A biopsy confirmed that it was cancerous and that the cancer had also spread to her lymph nodes. Emma is currently undergoing chemotherapy thanks to our generous donors. Her foster brother, Neely, who is also a boxer is bringing her much comfort.
