This handsome three-year-old energetic boy is named George. George spent the first year of his life in a pen with his littermate on an Amish farm. He was adopted for a short period, but returned because the adopter couldn’t care for him due to medical issues. George spent the rest of the time tied in the barn and too afraid to come out of his plywood pen. Thankfully, a kind neighbor spent hours reading aloud to him until they formed a bond. The neighbors finally convinced the farmer to surrender George to AABR. George is a sweet, bouncy Boxer boy who will begin his new life in his foster home.
