Mandie is loving life and is happy to be free of the mill. We can’t believe she is still waiting for her forever home. Mandie was evaluated at the University of Penn due to a previous injury. Even though her shoulder is abnormal, Mandie has learned to adapt. She does not require any treatment other than pain medication and supplements. Mandie is a sweet and quiet girl. She loves being with her family, but she is also calm when left alone during the work day. Mandie is housebroken. She is good with children and other dogs. Mandie can be placed as an only dog or she would also be fine with a male companion dog.
Mandie attended Puppy Mill Awareness Day in Lancaster, PA. She had a great time meeting new people, getting hugs from children, and spending time with other dogs. Mandie is doing well in foster and is ready for a forever home.
Mandie was just sprung from an Amish puppy mill. She is 7 yrs old and gets along great with children, cats, and other dogs (small and large). This sweet girl got her freedom, but unfortunately one of her puppies took her place to be used as a breeding machine. Mandie has arrived at her foster home in DE and is recovering from her spay surgery.
