05/06/17 – Oscar and his sister Peanut are doing well in their foster home. They have gotten some much needed medical care, and are enjoying life with their foster dad and their new hand made blankets and toys that volunteers have sent them. They are very funny and entertaining, and loving boxers. You get a whole new look at what rescue is when you rescue seniors.
04/24/17 – Oscar and his sister Peanut were posted on craig’s list looking for a new home. We were told that the family was losing their home and they needed to find these two 8 year old boxers a new home.
Peanut and Oscar are very close having come from the same litter. They are never out of each other’s sight, and we are looking to place them together in their new home. They grew up and were living with children 2 and 9 yrs old. Oscar is the happy go lucky one, and Peanut takes a few minutes to announce all visitors and then becomes your best friend.
Oscar waited patiently by as his sister was examined by the vet for some needed emergency medical attention. We will update on both dogs once we have learned more about them.
