Thank you, Tammy Martin, for giving Patsy her name.

Patsy loves cuddling on the couch with her family and exploring her backyard. She likes chew toys and has really started to embrace her crate as her own quiet space. Patsy is also able to be alone for periods of time outside of the crate. She loves children and is very polite with new visitors. Patsy will do anything for a treat or belly rub. Everyone who has met Patsy has fallen in love with her sweet personality. She is happy to show people how wonderful boxers can be.

Patsy’s foster mom can not believe what an amazing disposition she has after enduring a rough life outside. She is a loving girl who is enjoying all the attention of being the only dog in her foster home. She does wonderful with people and has made a lot of progress with her crate training. Patsy will have her recheck soon from the heartworm treatment. Apply today if you are interested in adopting this beautiful girl. She would love to find a home where somebody is there often to spoil her.

Patsy is doing great in her new foster home.  She enjoys hanging out with her foster family, including the 2 children that she now lives with.  Patsy follows her people everywhere and keeps close track of where they are at.  She is so sweet and calm around children and new people.  Patsy is currently recovering from her heartworm treatment. She enjoys spending most of her days lounging on the couch. Patsy is house trained and learning her basic commands.  She goes into a crate much easier now and is calmer when left alone.  Patsy will do just about anything for a treat. We don’t know a lot about her past other than it was rough as she wears a large scar under her neck to show it. Patsy has spent her whole life outside and is looking for a home that will help her continue to thrive indoors. This gal would love nothing more then a family, small yard, and a forever home to call her own. If you are ready to give unlimited belly rubs in return for kisses, apply today for Patsy.

Patsy is looking for a new foster home that can keep her calm while she recovers from her heartworm treatment. This older girl enjoys being near her people and she is great with children. Patsy is not a fan of the crate, so a home that wouldn’t have to crate her for long periods of time would be ideal. She is currently near Baltimore, but can be transported anywhere in our area. Patsy can be placed with an easygoing male dog, but prefers a home without cats. Apply today if you can provide a foster home for Patsy.

Patsy was abandoned when her owner moved out. She was then taken to the shelter. When Patsy did not get any Rescue commitments in her area, AABR volunteers stepped up to help this adorable girl. Everybody who has met Patsy comments on how sweet she is. She loves attention and is reported to be good with other dogs.  Patsy is currently at the vet’s office, where she will be spayed and brought up to date. We will then be arranging her transport to her new foster home in Maryland. Once she arrives, we will update Patsy’s page with more photos and information.
