Roscoe just arrived at his foster home this weekend. Earlier this week, he found himself in a very overcrowded shelter in West Virginia when his owners surrendered him because he nipped at their grandchild. Roscoe was reported to be housebroken, crate trained, good with other dogs, and even good with cats. His foster mom is still getting to know Roscoe. He is confused and exhausted from being in a noisy and crowded shelter. His foster mom confirmed he is housebroken and good in the crate. Roscoe walks like a gentleman on leash. He is quite the cuddler and gives sweet boxer kisses. We will post more as his foster mom gets to know Roscoe better.
