Snickers was returned to AABR to find a home that is a better match for her. She would do best in a quieter home with older children. Snickers just arrived at a new foster home, where she is living with a male boxer. She was able to attend an adoption event today, where she met a lot of new people and some other AABR dogs. Snickers knows all her basic commands and walks well on leash. If you are interested in giving this beautiful girl a forever home, apply today.

3/10/19 – Adopted

Snickers is looking for her Valentine. She is adorable and wants nothing more than the love of her humans. She looks up at you, as if to ask if you will love her. We affectionately call her Snickerdoodle. She has given so much love and care to countless numbers of puppies. Let’s now give her the love and care that Snickers deserves. She walks wonderfully on a leash. Snickers enjoys her morning and evening walks. Although she is 7 yrs old, Snickers easily keeps pace with her 3 yr old boxer brother. She is a friendly, smart girl. Snickers knows her basic commands such as sit, stay, and give paw. She is looking for her forever home. Will you be her Valentine?

This little girl has made so much progress in the ten days she has been with her foster family. She knows some basic commands like sit and stay. She has gone from disliking her ears being touched to letting her foster mom clean them every morning. Unlike most mill mamas, she loves to play with tug toys, balls, and sticks. She is a total love bug and will make some lucky family very happy.

Snickers just came into rescue from a puppy mill. This 7 yr old girl is good with other dogs, but does not have a history around cats. Snickers loves everyone she meets and is a fun loving girl. We will post more info once she gets settled into her new foster home.
