Taz has been returned to rescue to find a home that is a better match. He loves his humans and is great with children. Taz slept through the night on his dog bed and did great in his crate when left alone. He just arrived at his new foster home. We will update his page once Taz settles in.
10/24/16 – Adopted
Taz is such an easy boxer! He stays happily in his crate during the work day and sleeps quietly through the night on his dog bed in the bedroom. Taz is housebroken and goes to the door to let you know he needs out. He has great manners in the house. Taz enjoys playing with the other dogs, but he will also entertain himself by chasing a tennis ball. Taz has done great meeting new people. He generally follows me around the house with the occasional boxer lean to get some scratches. He will then lay happily at my feet. When Taz gets excited, he does jump – so a home without really young children may be best. Taz is a very happy boy – his nub wags nonstop!
Taz was brought to the shelter by a landlord and never reclaimed by his owner. He did well on his evaluation with other dogs at the shelter. Taz just arrived at his new foster home, where he is living with two other dogs (male and female). His foster mom wonders if he might be younger than estimated, as he is super playful and full of energy. Taz constantly wants to play with the other dogs. He also enjoys chasing tennis balls and playing with his toys. Taz appears to be crate trained and housebroken. He has only been in his foster home a few days, so his foster mom will update his page once she gets to know him better.
