Viana is doing well in her foster home. She gets along great with both other dogs. Viana loves going for car rides and is blossoming into a very silly boxer girl. She visited the cardiologist and was diagnosed with aortic hypoplasia. Her aorta is just smaller than you would expect for a dog her size. Viana will have a normal life span and it is not expected to cause any problems. She was cleared for her spay, which has been completed. Viana is now ready to find a forever home!
Viana is one of four boxers saved from a puppy mill last weekend. She will be five years old in December. Viana is reported to be great with children of all ages and with other dogs. Her new foster home indicates that Viana is the sweetest girl. She is very mellow and full of Boxer wiggles. Viana is learning to play with the other dogs. She has a great face and her nub hasn’t stopped wagging! Viana would do best in a home with a fenced yard and another dog. She will be checked out soon by our vet and then will be ready for a forever home.
